The general terms and conditions accepted by you when booking, determines the relationship between you and Hotel North Resort. Read this carefully.

1. The contract is concluded when a room is booked and promised. The conclusion of the agreement obliges the hotel to comply with the offer for the duration of the agreement. Optional dates are binding for both parties. The hotel reserves the right to release the agreed room for rental once the option date has expired.
2. The prices mentioned are the prices that apply at the conclusion of the agreement, minor necessary deviations and changes can occure.
3. The invoice must be paid on the day of departure, taking into account the prepayment. For stays of more than 5 days, the hotel has the right to present interim invoices for payment. On arrival shortly after booking or after 4 pm the hotel has the right to request immediate payment of the bill. The hotel reserves the right to ask for an advance on the invoice. This amount is stated on the confirmation letter. If the deposit is not paid at the latest until the indicated date, the hotel has the right to cancel the contract.
4. Despite all efforts, comments are always welcome. Please report these directly to the reception or within one month in writing to the tour operator or the hotel.
5. The hotel room is reserved for the guest from 2 pm on the arrival day until 11 am on the day of departure. If a late arrival is not explicitly communicated to the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to release the room after 6 pm. The guest cannot claim certain rooms. If the agreed room is not available on any grounds, the hotel is obliged to provide an equivalent room in another nearby hotel. The guest can cancel the booking for a room prior to arrival or change the contract duration, but the following conditions apply:
   • Cancellation or changes 1 day before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total amount. If the hotel does not have the possibility to rent the reserved room, the guest is obliged to pay the above costs.
6. Deviations in the agreement such as cancellation or rebooking must be recorded in writing.
7. If the planned stay is considered to be too dangerous due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, war or national unrest, the hotel has the right to dissolve the agreement.
8. All guests must respect the house rules of Hotel North Resort. Violating the house rules gives the hotel the right to terminate the contract without the amount of the contract being returned.
9. When one of the general terms and conditions is not usable, it does not affect the other general terms and conditions.
10. Printing errors and changes do not constitute obligations for Hotel North Resort.
11. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. In case of violation a fine of USD 150,00 will be charged.
